Questions
FAQ
What are the benefits of a heated fitness class?
The heat at SUNSWEAT is designed to complement your workout—not overwhelm it. A warm environment helps your muscles and joints feel more prepared for movement, supports mobility and flexibility, and enhances the overall training experience. Our heat is intentional and controlled—warm enough to support your workout, but never so intense that it becomes the focus.
I’m new to heated classes. What should I know?
Start at your own pace, hydrate often, and take breaks as needed. Most of our clients are new to heated fitness when they begin.
How often should I take class?
BUILD, REFINE, and ELEVATE are designed to complement one another. Your weekly schedule can include a combination of classes based on your goals, experience, and how your body feels. Our coaches are happy to help you find a routine and combination of classes that works best for you.
Why are most SUNSWEAT classes 45 minutes instead of 60?
Because more time doesn’t necessarily mean a better workout. Our 45-minute classes are intentionally designed to deliver a complete, focused workout with purposeful movement from beginning to end—without filler or unnecessary time simply to meet the clock.
We’ll also offer select 60-minute classes for those looking for an added challenge and a little more time to train. Whether you choose 45 or 60 minutes, every SUNSWEAT class is thoughtfully programmed to make your time count—and make movement a consistent, sustainable part of real life.
Do I need experience to take a class?
No. All experience levels are welcome. Our coaches will guide you through class and offer modifications when needed.
How do you keep the studio clean?
Cleanliness is a top priority at SUNSWEAT. Outdoor shoes stay in the lobby, sanitizing stations are conveniently located throughout the studio, and equipment is cleaned and reset between classes. We ask every client to wipe down their equipment and mat area after class and return equipment to its designated place so we can keep the studio fresh, clean, and ready for the next class.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
We’re here to help. Talk with one of our coaches, and we’ll help you find the best place to begin.
Will I feel comfortable coming alone?
Absolutely. Most people won’t know anyone when they first walk through our doors—and that’s okay. SUNSWEAT is designed to feel personal, welcoming, and connected. Our smaller classes and welcoming team make it easy to feel comfortable from day one. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already have a strong routine, you’ll find a community that encourages you, knows you by name, and celebrates your progress. Come as you are, work hard, and you’ll quickly feel like part of the SUNSWEAT community.
Can I bring a friend and let them just use one of my credits?
Each client must have their own individual SUNSWEAT account. Class reservations must be made under the account of the person attending class. Memberships, class credits, and other purchased services may not be shared or transferred between clients. If your membership includes a guest pass, your guest must register under their own account and meet all applicable guest requirements.
